I want to keep a $150 budget but have a fairly resilient and consistent deck that will keep the pressure on with a suite of creatures that are aggressively costed, must have flying primary and lifelink secondary and/or keep a disruption package that persist after they swing.
Currently, it just kinda turns sideways and I need suggestions

I also have a Raffine deck and its a blast to play when creatures start attacking. Sticking with your theme of flyers, I highly suggest [[Guardian Scalelord]] for for repeatable recursion and [[Aerial Extortionist]] for repeatable removal. Since youre running low to the ground creatures maybe add [[shabraz]] for more damage. If youre making enough counters then [[Sanctuary Warden]] can help in with more draw whenever it attacks. Also if you want more flavor and a bit of draw and ramp, [[Tivit, seller]] is a fun card
