Considering you have cards that remove counters which gives you a hint for this deck
The way I see it is you have to take advantage of Winter's Delirium ability thanks to those cards
So you have to find ways to keep milling, attacking with Winter may not be the best option since your putting your commander at risk
Yes, drawing cards is great for most decks but with this in particular is all about graveyard
Maybe cutting [[Professor Onyx]] is an valid option, to be fair it is a good card but not for this deck
