Theft Brew - Xanathar

I know that I'm late to the party, and that I'm not very familiar with the thieving gameplan, but with the recent Secret Lairs I'm working on a Xanathar deck that must include all Dimir cards from the two Beholder themed drops. I expect the deck to get hate targeted, so the focus is on control.
