i wanted to try to make a faerie tribal deck and went with a subtheme of anthems, i do have a budget and want each single cards to be less than 3/4 euro's, any suggestions on what i should add/remove? since i noticed i either get mana screwed or mana flooded on playtesting, also i wonder if there is enough card draw included

[[Intangible Virtue]] may be worth consideration. it's only 2 CMC but gives tokens vigilance and +1/+1
[[bident of thassa]] is pretty nice too. synergizes with your commander caring about enchantments and artifacts and gives the same draw as costal piracy but also allows you to force an opponent into full swinging.
[[Reconnaissance Mission]] for similar reason, same CMC as costal but can by cycled if it's a brick
[[Flowering of the White Tree]] is also a really nice protection effect and anthem
No idea about cuts though, sry.

i completely forgot about bident of thassa, so thanks for reminding me, reconnaissance mission also seems like a cards i should really adding, yeah.
intangible virtue only buffs tokens tho, but i also have 20 non token creatures in the deck, so i don't think that would give enough value
still considering flowering of the white tree, but it's on the higher side of my budget
i've made some cuts i think are alright, but i still need 2 more cuts, should i just cut 1 or 2 of the many mana rocks?

One of the most important things you can do with an Alela deck is try to focus more on either artifacts or enchantments or Fairies
you picked the fairies route so it might make sense to cut back on some of your artifact payoffs, add more anthems
you're playing a lot of mana rocks lol
also cut some bad fairies like Likeness Looter
