In my limited time playing the deck (4 games) I found myself wishing I had more "play lands from the graveyard" effects. So I'd add it if you already own it. I took out the two Angels, so I'd just pick one of those to take out.
Disclaimer: I'm a noob.
Maybe the one with encore? Dunno, she feels too expensive.

Yes! Crucible is a great card for any deck that cares about lands and is milling/sacrificing/discarding lands. Personally, I'd cut the Kirri, Talented Sprout for the Crucible. The list is barely able to take advantage of the plant/treefolk part of the ability and without that part, it's just a more vulnerable and generally worse version of crucible.
(alternatively, keep Kirri in but index into having a few more plants/treefolk to synergize with)
