So, I am trying to broaden my horizons and build a variety of mechanical decks, rather then focusing on primarily themed decks. This is my first attempt at a spell slinger deck, and I decided to go with a Boros one, trying something a bit different then the more common Izzet ones. I'd appreciate any advice folks might have for the deck; any must-haves I've missed, if my proportions are bad, etc.

I think you want to rebalance the ratio of payoffs for spellslinging and spells to sling to include more cantrips. Spellslinger decks typically try to chain together several spells and you've got very limited card draw in your list. Even card selection like [[big score]] and the like can go a long way setting up your engine effects like the Arcane Bombardment.
I'd likely remove Mark of Asylum and Rem Karolous as you'd much prefer to just not have creatures in play that would be effected (either because you just don't play that many or you're only casting a 5 damage wrath and all your creatures have 6 toughness or something).
