Greetings everybody. I have been cooking 🍳 my Imperium of Man deck and upgraded it thus far to this. However, I am using lots of tapped lands... Would it truly be horrible? Are plain basics just better? If so how would the ratios be? The deck is mainly white-black with blue splashed. Or 38 lands is too much?

Your mana base doesn’t seem too bad. You could probably do to add in the pain lands instead of the taplands. They aren’t too expensive either probably like $3 each

You can probably get the other filterlands to get double white more easily

I updated the list adding more basics, but I think its a better call to playt the other filter lands. I will further update the list. Thank you.
What about the "check lands" that enter untapped as long as I control a plains, swamp or island?

They’re pretty good. I would recommend them. There are also the signet lands.
