Big Doctor Who fan here with admittedly really little know-how or expertise regarding making adjustments to decks. I play a lot of Commander but alternate the same 3 decks over and over again (all three of which my boyfriend who is far more knowledgeable literally held my hand in building). Personally I feel as though this deck lacks targeted removal, and in playing it several times against a wide variety of decks I find that flyers are a big issue. I'm not actually looking to change much of the deck-- as a whole, I love what it does, and I'm one of those silly billies that enjoys thematics so the more I can keep to the time-travel, space-y themes, the better.
I don't really have specific wants or needs here, just looking for input on 1) which cards in this precon list are underperformers, and 2) potentially strict upgrades to make the deck a little more competitive. The only card that I'm FOR SURE thinking of dropping is the Martha card-- she's cool, I just don't think this deck generates enough Clue tokens to secure her spot. I'm certain there are other underperformers in here, I'm just not sure which ones. I think my love of the lore is blinding my ability to make good judgments here.

I played the deck twice, once with a big mana boost from [[rotating fire place]]. That was quite nice, because i could always threaten a timey-wimey activation.
So maybe a little extra mana could help get David out, or activate him?

Something like [[mana geyser]]? (expensive) Blue counter(spell)part would be [[mana drain]].

In my altered version of the deck I stripped the Sagas. The only one that made the cut was the red one because it says time travel then time travel. I also took out Sally, Astrid, Idris and Martha. While the psychic paper was great flavor I cut it as well. I cut some others too. There is a lot of bookkeeping in this deck, and I tried to reduce the over all amount of random triggers/effects and concentrate on just time counters.

One addition I was super surprised was not in the deck was [[fractured powerstone]]. It’s a plane chase deck. I tossed one in.

[[Jhoria of the Ghitu]] and her time bug got slammed in and [[Sinister Concierge]] didn’t even feel off flavor for the deck.

Mana geyser did make it in to mine too because that big burst of mana is really good at helping you time travel.

If you want to be competitive over flavorful, Scroll Rack and Sensei’s top will help you not Allons-y into a mana rock and can help you hit the good stuff. I would love to see an on flavor scroll rack in The Library.

Creature — Human Wizard
When Sinister Concierge dies, you may exile it and put three time counters on it. If you do, exile up to one target creature and put three time counters on it. Each card exiled this way that doesn't have suspend gains suspend. (For each card with suspend, its owner removes a time counter from it at the beginning of their upkeep. When the last is removed, they cast it without paying its mana cost. Those creature spells have haste.)
