Signet (Golgari), Command Tower, even Talisman (Resilience) if you're feeling like it. You could use more artifacts. That said, Sorcerer's Wand is a strange pick.
Halana is a strange choice when most of your creatures are Toughness-heavy. Same with Spinning Wheel Kick.
Vraska doesn't really synergize with it.
Finishing Move? Seriously?
Ditch a Swamp, add two Forests. Check your color distribution. You could use some more land ramp, maybe Journey Of Discovery?

Im going mostly all in on deathtouch so all the picks you said are strange are in for that reason
Shelobs other ability is kinda just bonus

I was also considering Arc Spitter. However, note that while it lets you ping for spiders, how often do you think people will want to willingly block your spider, with or without the Arc Spitter equipped, especially knowing Shelob's effects?

#

Probably not often. Instead I ended up looking at Lure, Uvenwald Tracker, Predatory Urge, and Nemesis Mask or helm or something.

#

they all force fighting or blocking

#

Also, also, a Swarmyard land, and a Thespian's Stage for another swarmyard would be neat

#

Thornbite Staff and Doomweaver as well, then perhaps a Black Market Connections and Arachnogenesis

I'm down to update ya once I finalize mine, I should finish it next week and set up an archidekt for it. Something relatively cheap just for more spiders would be the planeswalker Lolth. My game plan is token generation and proliferatiopn since many of the synergistic cards are planeswalkers and many of the best spiders come in with +1/+1 counters.

#

Also, I could reccomend I think Xanic Poltergeist? can't quite remember the name. Him and Karn, Silver Golem. By turning artifacts into creatures, you put anyone's artifacts on the board for Shelob pinging to steal them. I also want to run Helm of the Host, annnnnd maybe Mirror Box for legend rule removal, since there is a chance to overlap and repeat Shelobs ward and token creation. After all, multiple Shelobs mean multiple food token copies.

#

depends on how often I kill legendaries for multiple tokens

#

For some better Spiders, I would also reccomend Shelob, Dread Weaver, Metallic Mimic, and Ruins Recluse

I play a Shelob deck in Historic Brawl on Arena, so I can't guarantee my suggestions will carry over to actual commander, but my brawl deck is mostly filled with 3 things: spiders, mana ramp, and fight/bite spells. Shelob makes bad spider cards good, but she has to actually be on the battlefield for that, so I'd focus on getting her down as soon as possible and ensuring you can always recast. I have a few "sacrifice a creature: destroy target creature" things due to having a lot of weak spiders, [[annihilating glare]] is a particularly useful (and budget-friendly) one, because you also have the option to sacrifice one of your food tokens (or just pay 4 more mana) instead of sacrificing a creature. My favourite "ramp spell" in the deck is [[World Shaper]], there are probably a lot of objectively better cards to use instead but it's just a personal favourite card of mine, basically once it's dead I'll never have mana problems again for the rest of the game. I do have [[arc spitter]] in the deck, purely because the thing I lose to most often is other deathtouch-oriented decks and Arc Spitter gets around that perfectly. Another notable budget addition is [[choose your weapon]] because nobody wants to block Shelob even when it's gonna do 8 damage. If you double it, they'll wish they had blocked.

But yeah, as mentioned at the start, this deck was for Historic Brawl so it's probably significantly harder when you have multiple opponents. I guess you'd have to choose between trying to kill opponents' creatures right from the start, or trying to look as un-threatening as possible and hoping your opponents start to pick each other off so you can surprise your final opponent with a hand full of fight/bite spells to finish them off.

Most importantly, though, don't just fill your deck with all the good green and black cards. You need as many spiders as you can, and as many fight/bite spells as you can, regardless of whether the cards are good individually or not.

But yeah I do agree with Draws4 on the "stop leaning on Shelob" thing. I wouldn't say to play a different commander, I love my Shelob deck, but if you have cards that are only in the deck because they synergize with Shelob (for example, Vraska), I'd say just remove them. You want cards that synergize with the whole deck, not just the commander. As for all the food token stuff, I really don't think Shelob is a good commander for a food deck, but if you do want to try building it that way, I think you've gotta go all-in and focus entirely on the foods instead of the spiders and deathtouch. Your decklist currently looks like it's trying to do 2 entirely different strategies at once, and the only connection between them is Shelob, which I doubt would work all that well.

So I've been playing my own Shelob for a bit and from what I've found is Shelob is a magnet for removal, she's scary and makes all your spiders into actual threats instead of over-costed big butts. In response to this I've thinned down my creature lineup keeping mostly spiders that give me multiple bodies or have good abilities like having death touch themselves or dealing damage upon entry to makes space for a higher amount of ramp to keep up with the cost of that commander tax. I'm a single parent so I tried to keep under $2/card but have gotten lucky in some pulls from the latest set. I've put in ways to keep her safe with things like Kaya's ghostform which is perfect giving her a 2nd life on board, same with Spider umbra. I've also given her some fancy swiftfoot boots for her 8 feet. I also put in instant ways of giving her indestructible or hexproof (I got lucky and pulled a mithril coat and that's won me games as she's now only able to be exiled or bounced to my hand) and plenty of card draw. Lastly I leaned more into her ability to steal other people's creatures in the form of food and instead of letting them decide what to block I've gone and included things like Cosmic Hunger to cherry pick my opponet's best creature effects to turn into my food (most fun game was eating Omnath Locus of rage getting land drop elementals to go with my spiders and fending off 3 players. Almost managed it but finally got overrun by the last player). I also put in a couple of board clears for removing smaller creatures for those pesky token/go wide decks which most spiders would survive with their higher than average toughness. Also what's fun are spells like "Roar of Challenge" which force your opponents to block shelob or another spider making sure that you can clear out their creatures.

I am going to steal your idea of adding Halana, Kessig Ranger to my list that's a great card I didn't know about.

Sorry for the wall of text but I love Shelob and am all for making her as formidable as she can be.
