I like your Fling idea, maybe throw in Last-Ditch Effort or Corpse Cobble to provide you with a bit of board wipe protection?
More ramp might help, thoughts on Signets or Fellwar Stone?
I don't think Baradur will help you. You can get a better rate than 2 mana per Amass.
Limited-use planeswalkers aren't usually worth the trouble. Drop Saheeli, try Daretti, Ingenious Ironoclast instead.
Drop Windfall, you'd only be shooting yourself in the foot.
Ditch one of your Black/Red duals, add a Red/Blue instead. You've only got 4 Swamps, but you're still making too much Black.
