i feel like 46 lands is a bit much. Maybe cut a few and add some more ramp spells, and counters to protect your dragons once they come out. I would go down to 40 lands, some might ever go lower

Also a bit more targeted removal would be nice, especially in a relatively slow deck such as the ur-dragon
