I´m quite happy with how it´s turning out in a very casual, budget format (but it also works well against more expensive decks) and wanted to post this for advice/ as a suggestion to other players. To make it more budget, take out the pain lands for basics and replace some of the mana rocks with basics as well. There are cards in 'considering' that should be cheap and can replace some that are in the deck now and cost more than a dollar, if it´s still too expensive after that
