Well, that depends on what you are looking to build and what you think is fun.
A good chunk of white/black commanders are different flavors of aristocrats, eg play creatures, sacrifice them for value, reanimate them over and over etc.
If that's not your shtick then there's also some others to choose from.

at least, not fully. Obviously Blood Artist is a great vampire for the deck

teysa doesn't directly synergize with Mikaeus but you probably want him in pretty much any aristocrat deck anyway since he lets you get double value from your sacrificed creatures.

The older version of Teysa, [[Teysa, Orzhov Scion]] is also a very neat commander. They slot quite well into each other's decks since they're rather similar builds.
