I would just double down on running cat tribal, there is no reason you need to play mediocre draft chaff like alpine watchdog

#

The only dog I'd consider running is the dog lord [[Pack Leader]]

The deck seems rather lacking in card draw atm

You can probably run stuff like Guardian Project and beast whisperer here. While they won't trigger off of the tokens, they pair well with your self bouncing cats

I have a rin and seri deck and it’s a lot of fun to play!

One thing I noticed is that Rin and Seri will quickly draw hate once people start to realize the commander has cheap repeatable removal built in. As such when piloting I’m careful not to over do it and run quite a few protection cards.

I agree with @ornate tide that leaning into cat tribal is a great move. I only run 3 dogs in my deck

[[spirited companion]] [[selfless savior]] and [[resolute watchdog]]

There’s also a handful of changelings your missing that I’d recommend:

[[universal automaton]] 1 mana for 3 bodies is a hard rate to pass up
[[imposter of the sixth pride]] also true at 2 mana
[[masked vandal]] 3 bodies and removal?! Fantastic
[[irregular cohort]] most controversial of the 4, but 4 bodies is also great at 4 mana. Esp. if 2 are shapeshifters and count as cats and dogs.

Honorable mention, [[crib swap]] is amazing. 2 bodies on your removal card!

Also agree with @ornate tide that you don’t have enough card draw, I only see 2 card draw cards in that deck.

Some suggestions on top of the cards already suggested:
[[skullclamp]] (best draw spell in magic for a token deck)
[[idol of oblivion]]
[[return of the wild speaker]] (Card draw or pump up)
[[camraderie]] (card draw and pump up)
[[shamanic revelation]]
