Fix my list - an EDH brewing exercise

Okay, so when I first started getting into Magic, my first foray into deck building after precons was to assemble the below boros burn deck from scratch. In short, it's kinda jank. I've learned a fair bit since but I now have these cards as a starting point for something, I just don't quite know what.

The only rules here are to keep it cheap, my card collection is limited so I would be buying cards to improve this list. It doesn't have to keep the same commander, it doesn't even need to stay as boros, or burn.

If we manage to get the deck to a playable state at a reasonable budget, I will purchase the cards and probably end up playing the deck here on spelltable at some point.

Budget in this context is a total cost around 50-75 Eur/USD

[[blasphemous act]] is probably the best damage based sweeper and it’s one sided with Rem out.
It’s also nice and cheap at the moment

One sided except for Rem himself, unless I have something making him indestructible of course. A good suggestion, it's going into the considering pile, though it's pretty much a red staple so should really think about just buying it anyway.
