I think that there is a lot going on in this deck, and you may want to ask yourself some questions about the direction that you want to go with it. There is a lot of tension between the mechanics in the deck that you can sort out. Here are some of the questions that might help you refine the deck:

  1. Why am I using Sivitri, Dragon Master as the commander?

There are many alternatives: Atraxa gives access to the most colors and proliferates; Skithiryx itself could act as commander giving you guaranteed access; Damia, Sage of Stone would let you draw a bunch of cards and give access to green so you could play Triumph of the Hordes. If you are playing Sivitri just because it's cool, that's fine! But you may want to consider building around her unique kit (dragons, group-slug, dimir control, and/or pillow-fort) rather than forcing a mash-up of Sivitri with infect.

  1. What do I actually want the deck to do?

You have a lot of different themes going on in the deck, many which could be explored more. The combination of Sivitri and Sheoldred suggests more of a group-slug strategy where you are trying to wear down opponents' life totals; otherwise, Sheoldred isn't actually doing much for the deck and is an expensive staple that could go in another deck (such as Nekusar or Lifegain) or be the commander of her own deck. Peregrine Drake is a notorious combo piece, but I am struggling to find the combo--otherwise it's just a 2/3 flyer that refunds its mana cost. You have Crux of Fate as a dragon synergy with your commander, but not a lot of dragons. You also have a lot of reanimation cards, such as Dread Return and Zombify, without a lot of self-mill or self-discard to populate your graveyard. Dark Ritual is a card that can be very powerful in a certain type of deck, but how useful is it in this one? What is Extract Brain doing for me in the absence of other "steal your deck" cards? If you cut cards that don't contribute to your core strategy, you have more room for synergy.

You are not required to make the deck better or more focused: it's okay if you just want to play your favorite cards and have fun! But if you do want to make the deck more powerful or more functional, these are some of the considerations.
