@alpine pulsar
I have the 4K Anker USB-C to HDMI, and when I attach to my computer's HDMI slot, the Go device remains off, the LED doesn't turn white or respond. Any ideas?
I've tried several different HDMI cables, tried a HDMI to Display Port and still no response. Seems like the device isn't getting any power. Because of this, I can't connect to desktop mode. Is there any other way to connect to a PC and Bridge? (Windows)

( Disclaimer: I dont have a LKG GO, let me know if I talk nonsens )
Have you read this ?: https://docs.lookingglassfactory.com/faq-and-troubleshooting
If you have an adapter called "USB-C to HDMI" i believe it does the opposite to what you want.

The official adapter ( https://checkout.lookingglassfactory.com/products/looking-glass-go-hdmi-cable ) is a "HDMI to USB-C" (if I understand it correctly) and I'm pretty sure these cables don't work "both ways". The official adapter also has extra usb connectors to provide power from the PC because there are no power in a HDMI output socket.

Hey @merry ermine , as @clear token stated, we recommend the adapter above as this one provenly provides the right power/signal needed to drive a Looking Glass Go from computers that may not have the right amount of ports/power to do so.

@alpine pulsar I picked up the cable above and I'm still not getting any power to the Go device while connected to the PC. I have the extra USB connected to the PC for power and have tried a few difference arrangements. Any advice?
Windows 10. Nvida 3 Series.
Is the usb on the side of the GO device used for anything?
