We'd have to assume that human beings would adapt, because adapting is in our nature.
At first there would be a lot of accidents, a lot of mishaps on the road. A car's cleanliness would be a requirement, a necessity since everyone can see how you take care of your car. There would also be advancements in car roofs/covers/insulation, because let's face it, a car that's transparent would be hella hot and stuffy during sunny days.
After adapting to this unique scenario, nothing much would be different. It'd feel comfortable in this type of car.
