hello I'm on android and growtopia is banned even thought it's not my account please help because I already tried clear Google services but maybe I did it wrong I can hop on vc or whatever ti fix it the location is not the issue I'm sure it's the device because I traveled to 3 other countries and the problem still persists please help

You can contact support regarding your ban/suspension by following these steps:
Step 1 - Go to https://www.growtopiagame.com/faq
Step 2 - Open the chat box in the bottom right corner.
Step 3 - Answer the automated questions correctly and fill in the Gmail that is connected to your account.
Step 4 - Once you filled in all the questions, support will get back to you through the mail address that you filled in when submitting the ticket.
