I bought it 2 days ago and now it's not working, it won't let me equip my items from the dlc or play it

Which DLC are you talking about? The Digital Downgrade or Multiverse? GoatS

If you play Multiverse and realize no gear are in your menu (from base game or Digital Downgrade) it's cause they are locked out until you complete the game!

But in the base game (= San Angora) you should be able to use them
