When I try to do the legendary twisty mcgoat trick instinct it does not complete it. It's a double 720 front or backflip if I am correct

Make sure you have enough vertical height to do that one. I was able to complete it. Not sure if it's just right mouse button (or equivalent on controller) and w/s continuously or in bursts.

Getting a ton of height with the beanstalk (gardener gear) also works.
