as the title says it just lags so much I have everthing as low impact as possible no shaders graphics are shit and I can average 15 fps like bro I allocated so many different numbers and none work

Perhaps you'll find Java25, with ZGC, a bit more performant. Also, not so much ram needs to be allocated.
