The key part of the pack is a description file listing all the mods in it; when you install it with a launcher the launcher then goes and gets all those mods… from CurseForge.
So even if you get that here, you’ll still need connectivity to CurseForge. 🙁

Can't you just throw it out of the folder? take the files from there and dump them?

No? You still need to connect to some sort of launcher to launch it.
Yea maybe import files to launcher might work. But it alot of hassle to deal with later on
