#Craftoria does not load further than xycraft

When starting the modpack, it does not ship after it reaches Xycraft
Just yesterday I played and everything was fine

Craftoria crashed without a crash report. The logs have been uploaded to gnomebot.dev:

I did profile recovery through CurseForge, it didn't help, at the moment I'm downloading the entire build, I hope it helps a lot, since my friend didn't do anything, and everything starts for him.

After replacing Essential with e4mc, the modpack still freezes when loading Xycraft

what about when you do not modify it at all?

can you post the entire debug.log with the unmodified modpack if it freezes?
additionally, make sure you are using windowed mode and do not click inside the window while it is loading

also, how much ram does your system have total, how much is free before opening minecraft, and how much are you allocating to java's heap (which is only part of what java uses)

I tried to launch a "clean" modpack, it also hung on Xycraft.

Windowed mode, 32GB of RAM was installed, I usually allocated ~12GB for Java, but I also tried to allocate less (about 6-8), the result is the same

The problem was solved by accident, when I looked at the launch logs in CurseForge, I noticed that it always freezes due to a space in the resource pack name.

I moved all the resource packs along the specified path to another location, and the game started but without them.

So while I was playing for a week, I didn't encounter such a problem, it just appeared out of nowhere.

Essential worked stably with my friend, and there were no problems with it.

I’m wondering how a .DS_Store file got in there.
We .gitignore those*, and you’re on Windows, apparently, going by the drive named with the letter “G”.
-# * so they shouldn’t be in the pack as shipped by us

Yes, I work on Windows, and the modpack was downloaded from CurseForge

Also weird it seems to think .DS_Store is a name space. Something weird there/broken error message at least.
What do you find if that one res pack is unzipped?

and only in the archive where the warning occurs, there are files .DS_Store

Ok, so the dev of that res pack shipped it with those files…
…still odd that it would trip the game just for you.
Perhaps an odd interaction between those superfluous files being there and your system’s language settings?
