things uninstalling themselves may be issues with your hard drive.
failure to download (the error you show here) may be related to hard drive issues as well. be sure you have enough free hard drive space and that you arent having issues with your network when trying to download things from curseforge website

Cleaned out my hard drive space I have 400gb free and still having issues

Cause I can download everything else like FTB. ATLauncher. Technic. Modrinth. Just fine it’s just CurseForge instances

Just CF?
I bet you don’t have a CF api key in ATLauncher (or it doesn’t take one; idk, I’ve never used it), and ATLauncher is failing to tell you to download some mods manually.

Prism Launcher will do that… tell you what to download, and even open browser tabs for them for you, if you don’t give it a CF api key.

If you do give Prism a CF api key, it will download everything from CF just fine when installing any pack.

I should add, the CF launcher itself will, of course, also fully work with installing packs published on CF.

a side note is that the CF app is also offered without overwolf, these days. the keyword to look for is "standalone"
