ive been trying to use frosted prisons, where the boss can respawn, they are pretty rare and roughly 10 or so spawns in the 40kx40k world, people are claiming the chunk where the respawn block for maledictus and makes it useless for others. I've found atleast 4 frosted prisons and every single one of them are claimed, it's not a fair way of gaming.

i would say that in a sense, it breaks two rules:
- DONT BE UNKIND, EXPLOITIVE OR GREEDY, this includes but is not limited to: Stealing items, aggressively claiming chunks near another player, and other behaviours that negatively impact other players experience.
- griefing.
it's not direct, but it it is greedy, it negatively impacts other player's experience (or else you wouldnt have brought this up) and it is a form of griefing in a sense. if asked to remove, and they dont, we can take administrave action. then again, if they claimed a large structure but are actually turning it into a base, it's a semi-dick move, but it is a public server. the best we can do rn is keep track of the players who did it, forcefully remove the claims, and if it happens again, ban said player(s).
