#I Tried adding "every compat (Wood good)" and it tanked my performance.

so i added everycompat because its seemed an odd oversight to not have it. However adding it causes my fps to drop for my like 180 to the 20's and causes the mod pack to use much more of my cpu.
it also requires me to allocate another 3GBs of ram.
on top of that my performance drops even more whenever i target blocks, and drops even harder when targeting trees/leaves.
Any Idea how this may be happening?

i kinda assumed that would come off as pushy. i was trying to do this through normal channels and see how it goes.

if you want to watch performance, you can run a spark profiler in either clientside (sparkc command) or serverside (spark command) depending on where the performance hit is (tps lag/increased mspt or fps lag). I expect it excessively increased the ram requirements causing lots of GC activity but spark may help identify the issue

I'll look into that.

Did you ever resolve this? I'm interested in adding this along with the new stone added but im running into the same issue

did you run a sparkc profiler to check what the clientside was doing that was tanking fps?

yeah looks like its taking up a ton of memory for some reason :/

yeah, lots of new blocks = lots of new memory usage

yeah, wonder if theres a way to turn of certain mods specifically cause i would just want it for the furniture mods and not chisel and bits and rechiseled uhmm
