Throughout my gameplay of Craftoria, I noticed that the mini-map and big map only displays the top surface of whichever world I am in. Is that a bug or is there no settings for the map to display underground levels too?

because the map the pack is using is the ftb one, which doesn't support different layers
you can client side download a different mod, like xerocs or any other you like
