Reward is just some empty space

I can get the rewards by manually collecting them ,so this is not some gamebreaking issue

That is a known bug with the the Mekanism chapter's quests rewards; work-around is to go to the completed quests directly and claim rewards.
(Only that chapter; the others should work fine with the "Claim All" button)
