I killed the dragon, crafted items, have the achievements and completed these quests, but now they are uncompleted. I think that this bug happened after game crashes

A server crash wiped out everyone's quest progression yesterday morning, but Trent restored a quest progression backup. It was 14hr old around the time of the restore (yesterday evening) so if you did quests in that time they will have been reset.
@hazy sundial restored some quest progression yesterday for people, maybe they could help.
