Quest itself looks OK, and this is only the second incident for these worlds that I'm aware of an advancement-tied quest not completing.
Might be an intermittent bug.

[ TS must have gotten some other advancemnet-tied quests to work find, getting that far in Spectrum's chapter, i think ]

if you clear the one before it you would also have to clear the one before that one (so the one 2 before) all the way back until you get to an advancement that doesn't require the one before
which i think is all the way back to the beginning of spectrum

im hoping we can find a different way to do it, but you would have to clear the advancement before (and have me redo that one as well) because the "gotten_previous" group is not completed on the advancement that was bugged.

Advancements can be ganted and revoked. Will try that.
Quests can only be reset... yet. Dev has added a give command, but it's not out just yet... certainly not on the server yet.
