So i am crashing due to memory issues (not having enough) I have 64 ram and its still an issue. I know when i plaied last there was a way to limit how much was used but I can not remember how to ge into the settings to change it. Can some one please give me a quick run down in how to limit the memory usage?

I think I figured it out where to change the setting. I am going to post it here for future users.
Go to Curseforge and find the mod and click here
Next click on Profile Options
Next you want to look for 'Memory Settings' and remove the check mark in 'Use System Memory Settings'
Once you do this, you will see this. You can slide it over as much as you think you might need. I personally recommend starting out at a very low setting and slowly working your way up to a higher number as needed. PLEASE NOTE I am not a computer expert, but this worked for me.
