tho by the name of it looks like a Convenient Decor error

looks like convenient decor adds a mixin to farmland block to add and handle hydration with the watering can but without the rest of the stacktrace its hard to tell what triggered it
i would suggest trying to water the lower one with the watering can then place the upper one and see if that does anything
