could be the case that the invisible chunk bug has been reintroduced in 1.4.3 on spectrum 1.6.6. blocks are still there but rendering is invisible like how the bug presented last year.

i'll give it a try. i've only recently built the spirit instiller if that was also an offending block structure? is it the entire multiblock that needs to be rearranged?

i'll rebuild it to try and recreate the issue then, and then by removing the centreblock and hitting F3+A i'll confirm that its the spirit instiller again thats causing the bug

if that doesn't work it'll be something else but it seemed really similar to what was reported in the discord before hence my bug report

Build it in one of the other 3 orientations.
Also feel free to post the chat error here, just in case it's a different error than the one fixed in dev (making sure can't hurt)

i rebuilt it in exactly the same orientation facing east and so far no issues, but if it happens again i’ll be ready to break the block and f3+a to fully confirm

the issue had been dormant for a while there, i had rebuilt exactly as before to hope to replicate the bug to see if it was repeatable but it hadn't caused any further issues

but i only just now finally used the spirit instiller to make something and immediately afterwards someone on the server noticed the chunk glitch. i removed the multiblock and had them load and then unload other chunks before relogging and it solved their issue, so its 100% the spirit instiller rip hahaha

i successfully prevented the bug from occuring to me by downgrading my local version of spectrum to 1.6.5 btw, i tried reloading chunks and leaving and coming back and relogging but my chunks never went invisible like the other server members saw

so that might be a fix for now? unsure

What version of spectrum did you use before and was an error in the logs?
