So it works normaly if the server is on the 0.1.5 version but once we update our server on the version 0.1.6 it seems like the water drained in the copper tank for the steam engine make the server crash. And even when we restart, the server doesn't want to work. The only solution we found now is to downgrade to 0.1.5, break copper tank blocks for the steam engine then upgrade to 0.1.6 to make the server work again.
