It's not 100% accurate, as even though I scoured the entire map, I'm bound to of missed a small handful, even today I've found one or two that I know I missed, but it's a close enough estimate, if I was to take a guess I'd say I've missed between 20 - 40.

there are two raccoon grottos in Frigid Peaks, iirc one is on the central mountain, and the other you can get to either by finishing Sunken City of the Outcasts, or you can just drop in from a hole in the south shore (a little bit north of the icebergs) without actually doing the dungeon
