This nook is in the back right of the arena. while inside, Eres charge misses you (he tries to turn around and then kick you). And when the deathbolt gets cast, you don't take damage but you enter this weird wobbly state. I have no words for how weird this nook is.

I was looking around the arena for slanted geometry that he might run into which pushes him underground. Had him run into a bunch of spots, he didn't respond negatively to any of them.
The only piece of the arena that needs adjusting so far is this one. The dirt stacks high enough that he can run over the wall.

Nothing else wants to break. Whatever causes it, it is not predictable or reproducible.
Tested hiding in all the other nooks of the arena, none of them are safe. Only the one in the back right.
