From a mod perspective, Yes 👍. It’s so much easier looking into tickets without feeling overwhelmed, we’re employing better systems and communications to get tickets moving, we’re having a stronger understanding of how to approach tickets, and hopefully we can maintain this
Things are so much better yes. Hopefully everyone feels the effect of this already as well!
