Ironically I seen the joke post, then the server announcement then realised the joke post was a joke. But it's been a while since the great ticket purge of April 3rd announcement and I'm wondering if it's worked / improved things?

From a mod perspective, Yes 👍. It’s so much easier looking into tickets without feeling overwhelmed, we’re employing better systems and communications to get tickets moving, we’re having a stronger understanding of how to approach tickets, and hopefully we can maintain this
