This is what I'm thinking for the rework (after some great help from the CT server), its got a little more misinfo with Vortox and Drunk, and fewer Bootlegger Rules, only one to survive was the Poli+Barber one

Current concerns is that it still might not be enough misinfo, and that outsider count is suffering after the removal of balloonist

I think the Outsider mod is honestly fine here; it's loadbearing with Kazali always being a possibility

and you have, like, three sources of negative Outsider mod between Vigor/Drunk/Poli
