Looking for feedback on this script with a custom Djinn rule. It's very much inspired by the "this is not my beautiful house" Cup rule, but taken to the extreme by making the amnesiac the demon, the Damnesiac! They are the only demon on the script, and the djinn rule centers the game around everyone trying to solve (or obfuscate) what the Damnesiac's power is.
I tried to pepper a lot of different abilities into the script to increase the variety of options for the Damnesiac's ability alongside a lot of day roles to help hide their daily questions. Between Savant, Fisherman, Artist, Pixie, and Philo, I hope that is enough. The outsiders i chose are set to help hide the Amnesiac as well, including roles very much incentivized to be actively unhelpful in solving the Damnesiac's ability along with a Hermit that is basically a turbo Lunatic who registers evil, and might try to keep playing for evil even after they realize they aren't the real demon. However, given the fact that the Damnesiac ability can be extremely unpredictable, the lunatic and especially the hermit may have a harder time learning the truth.
Regarding Djinn rules and the Demon: I wanted there to be some flexibility in the Damnesiac's power level (or to help if the solve is proving too hard), so i added the option to give a public hint to their ability . I added the condition to the Djinn rule "if a good player asks a question they may be asked to come back another day rather than immediately answered." with live play in consideration. This serves as a smokescreen for the demon, who is probably going to be going to the ST multiple days. that said, minions can also help split the question load so the demon can still get info on the ability from them or a sharing town without asking a question. If the script is being run online maybe there isn't an issue with the Damnesiac asking their question at night, but maybe it's better to have hiding the questioning as part of the game. Any thoughts?
