That's uh, not how Vortox works? All Village Idiots, regardless of drunkenness get false info if Vortox is in-play. And because they're a binary character (they only get a thumbs up or thumbs down) the ST doesn't get any discretion to choose what the VI learns, they have to give the option that's not true
