If the Tomma Tabu is the Storyteller, the Leftenent's ability becomes: "You poison players who choose 1 particular good player, & then learn them. Then, 1 good player might learn you."

you can just bake those 3 changes into a "x ability becomes" type of thing

I mean, I did allow ST nomination in TB where almost every player was new and it was really fun. One of my players was just like "wait, can I nominate you?" and I explained the rules around it and let him do it. He then proceeded to nominate me every day he could and it was hilarious.

(1st game Trav, 2nd game Baron who was just obviously evil enough for it to be controversial as to whether or not he was evil, and lived long enough to be the last player the Demon killed after an f4 execution.)
