I'm suggesting that the feedback system be streamlined as right now it feels very burdensome and very repetitive and redundant. I feel like the only info needed is:
-Username of Player
-Username of ST
-(Check box) Positive or Negative
-Notes
I feel like this change would increase use of the feedback system and lead to better storytelling. Thank you!

People would actually fill out the form
The form as it is now has way too many checks and boxes to be convenient to fill out. The times I've thought about leaving feedback I usually give up half way through feeling its not worth the effort, especially if its just one comment about one st decision.

But when people do care to fill out the category rankings, it is pretty helpful

Th only reason I bring this up is because I've asked a bunch of random players their thoughts on the current feedback form and a lot of them say they just don't fill it out because it's too long and when you play multiple games in a row filling out that info can get tedious and takes too much time

Positive feedback via the form has no purpose (it doesn't do anything). Thus it's only useful for policing, and because only super egregious stuff gets submitted, which also doesnt happen too often (as storytelling is a bit self-selective) it's only real use is so niche it also has no purpose.

I mean I love getting feedback of any kind via the form, because it lets me know about how to improve my storytelling. even if someone had a good experience they might still have something additional to say, or something they want to highlight.
i.e. me currently working on being better at managing my players, using Hell's Librarian, and posting announcement in text as well as voice because I know that sometimes people struggle to hear me
(also assuming those random DMs I occasionally get from moderators is the feedback it would be helpful if the stuff like the script was actually included in the DM I get lol)
