Add an enhancement so the owner of a warp can check the set warp cost for others using the warp. Currently, there is no way for the owner of a warp to confirm the warp's cost through the UI or using info command because the cost for the owner is always $0. The owner must remember the set cost or reset the cost to know what it is for others using the warp.

i added the variable [cost_set] or %cost_set%
