Restore Mutant-Origin Starter Contact in Atlas Park

For those of us who like to run the original, origin-based starter mishs, there are contacts available from level 1 for all origins except Mutant. This is because the original Mutant starter contact, Antonio Nash, now plays a role as a contact in the Pandora's Box SSA.

Would it be possible to make him also hand out the old level 1-5 mutant mishs as he used to? Or, if not, can Prince Kiros Nandelu, the starter Mutant contact relocated from Galaxy City, be reactivated so that classic Mutant starter content can be run?

Yeah, the Prince needs to be allowed to talk to us again. Not sure why he's so turned off.
