Continuing from the recommendations given in the general tech channel, another option to keep an eye out for is the Austrian Audio OC18. It's the single pattern version of the OC818 and while of course there are more expensive mics, it's basically endgame as far as voice acting. If you can find one used or open-box / b-stock in your price range, jump on it immediately.

the AT2020 XLR is a good option. audio technica's products are consistant in quality and i think a bundle with like, a boom arm, cable, mic and pop filter cost somewhere around 200, atleast where i live. the audio interface and the extra power is gonna be a bit more expensive, but over all i think its still in budget. but again, could depend on where you live these are just prices i found in the country i live in
