Hi all! I've been dealing with intermittent bursts of static in my microphone. I use a Rode NT1 Signature Mic and Scarlett 2i2 Interface. I have a link to one of my recent livestreams (not to promote, but so you can see how it sounds!). Please help!! I've bought a new cord and it hasn't helped. The mic is new, but I've had the interface for a few years.

Check to make sure your drivers are installed for your audio interface. Focusrite Scarlett interfaces can be technically plug and play, but if their drivers go uninstalled you will eventually have static.
(You didn't say what generation your interface is. Here's the link to the drivers page for the latest generation, 4th gen https://downloads.focusrite.com/focusrite/scarlett-4th-gen/scarlett-2i2-4th-gen)

Make sure your interface is directly plugged into your computer try different USB ports. Do not plug your interface into a USB hub that will affect your connection.

If you neither of those fixed the problem. If you have another XLR cord, try it out to check.

If none of that works. It may be the Rode NT1 Signature series. That microphone is the most popular and most issue riddled one I've heard of. You may have gotten a faulty one.
