A good starting off point is often considered the Audio-Technica AT2020 XLR mic
There are USB version as well. Would recommend a pop filter tho
If you're going to look at the AT I would also recommend the Rode NT1 Signature Series.
My audio engineering teacher Jim Edgar talks a lot about different microphones, headphones and booth builds on his website, justaskjimvo dot studio.
His blog is really helpful and honestly covers almost as much as his classes do for free!
i have the fifine k688 it was like 50 dollars not including the arm and has great noise suppression because of the Pattern, It sounds really clear and i have a fan running 24/7 and because the mic is pointed at me It cant hear the fan or my loud pc
it has usb and xlr capability
