Pretty sure Audacity's effects are destructive, so you can't just disable them once it's been processed. You can CTRL+Z to undo the effect right after using it, but that just takes you back.
(ie if you've made changes after doing the reverb, you'd need to undo and revert all of your changes until you get back to the reverb)
More powerful DAWs like Reaper can have effects like that be toggleable
Sad :( oh well. I can record it again I guess, it wasn't too big of a clip, but it had come out good
