data connection for transport pads

Might be suggested before but transport pads should gave a data connection

Particularly "activate if" for intake pads and content signals for dispatch pads

It would be great to have a signal know when the ship is docked at a particular location

that could be doable but it would need to work off a pad ID rather than the name
